The Signature of God

“All scripture is given by inspiration of God,and is profitable for doctrine,
for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.”

2 Tim 3:16

The Bible tells us that the only way to find salvation and live with God is through his only Son, Jesus Christ. Jesus says that He is the first and the last. We know that the name of Jesus can be found in the last verse of the Bible, but what about the beginning? Is He also in the first verse of the Bible and we have just failed to understand how to look? The name of Jesus is the Key and gematria is the Key that unlocks the name.

Finding the signature of God is the first step in decoding the secrets hidden in the King James Bible. It is also the first solid confirmation that there is more to this Bible than most have ever dreamed of. The 1611 King James Bible is an incredibly complicated code book and the instructions for breaking this code can be found in the main text and stories of the Bible. The Bible gives the instructions in many different ways, but the most direct instructions are found throughout the New Testament. In John 14, 13-14, the Bible clearly tells the reader to use the name of Jesus Christ.

“And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.”

This is the most critical piece of the puzzle. The secret to breaking the code is simply the name of Jesus. The name of Jesus is just a word, like any other, consisting of several letters. Using gematria, these letters, and the word as a whole, can be converted into numbers.

Understanding that the New Testament was originally written in the Greek language, the Greek form of gematria arrives at the number 888 as the value for the name of Jesus. To begin the decoding process it is most logical to start at the beginning of the Bible with the book of Genesis. The first verse in the book of Genesis in the 1611 King James Bible is written as follows.

“In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.”

This is a very simple verse that contains a wealth of information. ‘God’ is the fourth word of the verse and of the Bible. The first letter of ‘God’ is the letter ‘G’, which has a value of 7. The fourth word begins with 7, which can be interpreted as ’47 = GRAIL’ or ’74 = JESUS’. The seventh word is ‘heaven’, which begins with the letter ‘H’, and ‘H’ has a value of 8. The seventh word of the Bible begins with 8, which can be interpreted as ‘87’ and the word ‘TRUTH’ has a value of 87. The layout of the first verse is telling the reader that the Grail and the Truth can be found here. Genesis 1:1 is the correct place to begin the search.

The Bible says that the only way to find the Father, or God, is to believe in the name of His only Son, Jesus Christ. The Greek value of Jesus, 888, will reveal the signature of God in the first verse of the Bible. Simply remove all spaces and punctuation from Genesis 1:1 and divide the text into lines with 8 letters per line.

The eighth letter of the first three lines of the rearranged text of Genesis 1:1 spells ‘GOD’. This is what is being called the signature of God. It is coded into the Biblical text using one of the oldest and simplest codes, a skip code, but the odds against this occurring at random in this manner at the beginning of the Bible are extraordinarily high.

To fully grasp the magnitude of what finding ‘GOD’ here means, it is necessary to understand that the original text of Genesis was written in the Hebrew language, hundreds of years before the English language even existed. The English translation of Genesis 1:1 is not perfect, but it is generally accepted as an accurate translation. Even if the author of Genesis had wanted to manipulate what he wrote in Hebrew to contain the name of God, he could not have done it in the English translation of the Hebrew because English did not exist at the time. Further, the use of the value of the name of JESUS in the Greek language to find the encoded name of GOD in an English translation of the original Hebrew text just magnifies the probability that this was intentional, either by man or by the inspired word of God. It is also important to understand that the value used to find ‘GOD’, 888, at the beginning of Genesis comes from a value for the name of Jesus that was written in the original Greek language of the New Testament; long after the Hebrew text had been written and long before the modern day English language existed.

Although not a literal word for word translation from Hebrew to English, Genesis 1:1 is generally recognized as being an accurate translation with most versions of the Bible using the same general form. There is considerable debate among scholars about the accuracy of some words, such as, ‘heaven’, ‘heavens’ or ‘sky’, and others. However, it is the way translators have decided to write this verse and the issue of accuracy is somewhat irrelevant because it is what it is and God would have known how it would be translated when He inspired Moses to write the Hebrew text.

The signature of GOD is found by doing exactly what the New Testament tells us to do. It tells us to believe in Jesus and to ask in His name. It tells us to follow Jesus to reach the Father, or God. The name of God is simply, God, because He is the one and only true God. He is telling us in no uncertain terms that we have His word in our hands.

It is fairly easy to calculate the odds of the name ‘GOD’ appearing at the letter positions 888. Since there are 26 letters in the alphabet, the odds of getting the letter ‘G’ in position 8 of Genesis 1:1 is 1 in 26. Likewise, the odds of the letter ‘O’ occurring in position 16 and ‘D’ in position 24, are both 1 in 26. To determine the chance of finding all three letters in the desired positions, the fractional odds of each letter are multiplied together,

The odds of finding ‘GOD’ at random in any text at the specified locations is 1 in 17,576. To put this in perspective, if the author wrote 17,576 different versions of Genesis 1:1, we could expect to find the name ‘GOD’ only once. The odds are further stacked against this being a random occurrence because three different languages are involved along with the principal teachings of the New Testament, that the only way to achieve eternal life with God is to follow Jesus.

The discovery of the encoded name of GOD is accomplished by following the value of the name of Jesus. It is very difficult to quantify the degree of impact that the probability of these additional variables would have on the odds of finding ‘GOD’, but it should be evident that they increase the likelihood that ‘GOD’ is intentional. While intentional, is the encoded name of ‘GOD’ the work of man, random chance, or the inspired work of God? This is an important question that each of us will have to answer in our own hearts,

The name of ‘GOD’ was demonstrated using the 1611 King James Bible, but it is worth noting that the vast majority of English translations of the Bible, begin Genesis 1:1 with the same 5 words, ‘In the beginning God created.’ Any Bible that begins with these words also contains the encoded name of ‘GOD’ using the Greek value of the name of Jesus.

There is a different way to read the Bible than simply reading the words as they are written. There is a hidden layer or layers to the Bible that only become visible when one learns how to look. The entire Bible, from beginning to end, is one giant code book. The encoded Truth is found by doing exactly what the Bible directs the reader to do. It has always been there right in front of our eyes waiting to be discovered. The Truth is the knowledge that the Father, God, wants us to find. To find the Truth, to reach God, to see the light, we must follow His Son, Jesus Christ. We must believe that the name of JESUS will lead us to the Father, to the Truth. Belief is necessary because the journey is long and twisted. It is designed to thwart even the most dedicated searchers. The only way to find the Truth of God is to believe and follow the name of JESUS CHRIST, exactly as the New Testament instructs.

There is one number that must be associated with Jesus before the hunt for the Grail can continue. That number is 666. If you are like most, just the mere mention of this number will illicit an immediate negative reaction, but the fear of 666 stems from a tremendous misunderstanding of the Truth. To see, first allow yourself to look.
